Why we built this

In most accountancy practices, the same scene plays out every day. The practice manager opens Teams, Outlook, and a spreadsheet — then spends the morning asking each person "what are you working on?" and "where are we with that?"

Meanwhile, client requests arrive through five different channels. Urgent items get buried. Whoever shouts loudest gets attention. Staff don't know they're overloaded until they're already drowning.
